Troubleshooting

Check your objects first

High-quality surfaces and meshes are essential for the plugin to function properly. If a command fails, the first step is to check the integrity of the input objects.

A command is not recognised

Ztools is not loaded. Reinstall it and restart Rhino. See Installation.

The toolbar is not visible

Type -ShowToolBar ZToolsSuite.ZtoolsSuiteToolbar in the Rhino command line and press Enter.

The command says the license is not valid

Run ZLicenseActivate and check the status. See License activation.

Rhino runs out of memory

Reduce the image size (see ZImage4Texture) or the mesh density.
